Giuseppe (Joe) Tulumello leads the business strategy and planning, project delivery, and operational growth of the firm’s Facilities Corporate Business Group. A dynamic leader with a deep architectural background, he guides the Facilities team to solve complex multidisciplined challenges with integrated design solutions.
With more than 25 years in the industry, Tulumello’s experience spans new construction, major renovations, restoration, and adaptive reuse facilities projects across market sectors, including federal, civic, life sciences, and education.
Tulumello has progressively served in leadership roles throughout his career at Gannett Fleming, including Buildings Business Line director and Northeast Region Facilities Business Line leader.
