Jon Kessler is responsible for Gannett Fleming’s entire mergers and acquisitions strategy and lifecycle. His responsibilities include identifying potential acquisitions, leading due diligence efforts, and overseeing the integration of new firms efficiently and successfully into Gannett Fleming.
For nearly 15 years, Kessler served as the firm’s CFO and managed financial planning, structure, and reporting. He transformed the firm’s day-to-day financial and accounting practices through his management of investments, financial and accounting policies, cost and profitability analyses, acquisition analyses and transactions, foreign and domestic tax reporting, and ongoing financial modeling, including short-term and long-term financial forecasts.
With more than 40 years of experience, Kessler served as the CFO and CAO for real estate and hospitality firms before joining Gannett Fleming.
