  • I served in the U.S. Army for 35 years, including 10 in senior leadership positions with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE).
  • My favorite project was a multi-agency response to prevent Asian Carp migration into the Great Lakes.
  • I enjoy spending time with my favorite human—my 13-year-old daughter. I also like traveling, reading, and golfing. And, I am a numismatist!

  • I’m the immediate past chair of the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC). I have also served on the ACEC Federal Agencies Procurement Advocacy Committee.
  • I enjoyed working on the Jefferson Memorial reflecting pool tidal gates replacement for the USACE Baltimore District.
  • I love all things water—frozen or liquid! I like to boat, ski, scuba dive, and snorkel.

  • I spent 26 years as a civilian employee of USACE.
  • Since 2018, I’ve enjoyed working on the USACE C-23/24 South Reservoir, a pump storage facility designed to restore the Indian River Lagoon ecosystem in Southeast Florida.
  • I collect vinyl records and have over 2,000 in my collection!

Federal Project Manager & Architect

  • In 2022, I relocated from Utah to Pennsylvania and joined the Gannett Fleming team.
  • In a previous role, I worked at the Pueblo Chemical Agent-Destruction Pilot Plant for a year. The plant is working to destroy part of the U.S. chemical weapons stockpile, helping the country meet its Chemical Weapons Convention obligations.
  • I’ve been to 10 national parks, and I hope to make it to all 63. Glacier National Park in Montana is my favorite (so far)!

  • I attended McGill University in my favorite place— Montreal, Canada.
  • I’ve enjoyed working on the Paw Paw Tunnel slope stabilization rehab, preserving our national parks for current and future generations.
  • I enjoy books on history. Right now, I’m reading “Adams vs. Jefferson – the Tumultuous Election of 1800.”
