William “Bill” Foos is responsible for providing consulting and management expertise for Security and Safety. His areas of focus involve technical aspects of security principles for physical and cybersecurity systems that include design, implementation, policy development, and training.
Foos has a vigilant eye for detecting threats, measuring the risk, and optimizing security and safety programs for our clients. The services he oversees include conducting audits of threat, security, vulnerability, risk, and public safety assessment programs; developing mitigation strategies; preparing emergency response plans and continuity of operations plans; and developing and leading incident response and rapid recovery planning exercises.
With more than 40 years of industry experience, Foos has led safety initiatives from coast to coast, primarily working in the Western and Northeastern United States. Since joining Gannett Fleming in 2013, his scope of work spans security, safety, emergency management, and cybersecurity services in the transit and rail, transportation, and water resources sectors.
